Anne-Maria is an experienced and dedicated senior psychotherapist and counsellor, committed to helping individuals (adults and young people), groups, and organisations reach their full potential. With a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, she adopts an integrative therapeutic approach, with a particular focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
She brings in-depth specialist expertise in addiction therapy, having designed and led large-scale treatment programmes addressing major addiction behaviours, including drug and alcohol misuse, gambling, and sex addiction. Her work has spanned both clinical and strategic levels, including collaboration across Primary Care Trusts (PCTs), where her strong communication and partnership-building skills have contributed to service innovation and improved health outcomes.
Anne-Maria is also an accomplished trainer and facilitator. She has co-developed and delivered a broad range of therapeutic programmes and workshops within both the NHS and private sector, bringing a wealth of experience in programme design, group facilitation, and professional development
